David Bingei brings extensive experience in senior management, board leadership, and advisory roles across multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and corporate governance, working alongside business leaders to strengthen organizational structures and enhance leadership effectiveness. He is a graduate of London Business School, one of the world's leading business education institutions.

David also has a long track record at board level as an Independent Commissioner and Board Advisor across various industry sectors. His experience includes roles at Pertamina (Persero), Pertamina New & Renewable Energy, Mashill Finance, and PT Intan Wijaya International Tbk. He currently serves as commissioner and board advisor at EON Chemical and Busana Apparel Group, contributing strategic oversight and strengthening corporate governance practices.

With over 20 years of professional experience, David has worked extensively with business-owning families and leadership teams in navigating governance challenges, succession planning, and ownership transitions. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, and family dynamics, helping organizations build role clarity, strengthen board effectiveness, and safeguard enterprise continuity for the long term.

Previously, he served as Member of the Audit Committee at PT Pertamina (Persero), where he was responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of internal control systems, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and overseeing risk management practices.

Throughout his career in banking, Warry has built extensive experience in building institutional systems that ensure accountability, compliance, and operational resilience. His previous roles include VP at Bank Duta, Managing Director at Duta International Finance Company in Hong Kong, and Director at Rabobank Indonesia, where he implemented control frameworks across complex, multi-entity organizations. As a faculty member at IPMI International Business School, Warry teaches Financial and Management Accounting for the MBA programs, bridging the gap between academic frameworks and practical implementation of control systems in business.
